If I already finished all the missions when I obtain missions books like "the flame seeker's prophecy" or "shiro's return". How can i get the pages filled out without having to redo everything again? The scribe that gave it to me only fills 2-3 pages of the book.

It should go as follows:
Any missions you did before the books came out don't go in the book
Any missions you did after the books came out should (in theory) be updatable by talking to the relevent NPC who gives out books, for a fee, if you didn't have the book on you at the time

If the NPC won't update your book, then you'll need to do the mission again (although you don't need the bonus)
